Apache down/very slow - please help

hi

for 3 hours that my apache is too slow / going down. I check error_log and i get this :

I know that this has to do with .htaccess but i dont know wich one is causing this. I have 200+ sites and i'm using ensim. any sugestion to discover wich .htaccess is causing this?

Please, any help would be very apreciated Apache down/very slow - please help
