My server was hacked about 2 months ago and I thought I had everything back to normal...until it came to that POS Frontpage. I had a customer call today and tell me she can not publish via Frontpage. When she attempts to post, she gets a Frontpage error. I first deleted and thought that I re-added extensions to the site, but that did not work. I then saved off the site, deleted it and attempted to re-add it. When I try to add FP extensions to the site, I get the following error:
The FrontPage Server Extensions configuration tools are not available
Any ideas what my problem could be? How can I verify the FP extensions are installed? If I want to start over with FP extensions, how can I uninstall and reinstall them (please be as specific as possible)?
P.S. I hate FP and would prefer to not support them. However, I have 3 clients that use them. This is the first one that has attempted to update her site in the last 2 months.
