Imail forwarding issue

I am running into this problem, and am unable to find a solution: Here's the situation.
I tried forwarding my emails from one of my accounts on an Imail server.
However, i was not able to forward the mail to domains that do not reside on the same server as my Imail server, for example:
.,vanle32@yahoo.com,vincent_le@examster.com,vincent_le@uspctel.com
I configured an account on the Imail server with this line. The following
happens: vanle32@yahoo.com and vincent_le@uspctel.com do not get the email copies, however vincent_le@examster.com gets a copy. Here's the thing: examster.com resides on the same imail server and same machine. So I conclude that email accounts on every domain that does not resides on the same machine or Imail server do not get the copy. Why?
I have checked SMTP sercurity, there's nothing wrong.
Please advise.
