CAT5 Cable??

Hello. I am buying a new house, and want to have all the network cables run before my house is done.

The builder said they run CAT5 cables. Are these the standard ethernet cables that plug into your computer? The ones you plug into you 100MBPS NIC card? Is this the right kind of bables I would need to plug into say this linksys router:
