Image file doesn't display on SSL page..

Hello...All

I installed SSL cert then static text page is ok bit image file is not loaded.

https://deoweb.com/test/ssl_test.htm

You will not see image, and click that not loaded image, you will
get 403 permissions error. when u refresh it it may display.

I don't know why its mess up.

Anyone knows about this?
Please help me out~~

I have a dedicated server with RH7.3 and WHM/Cpanel
