I was hoping someone could help me out as I have been working on this all day. I am using qmail with vpopmail and qmailadmin. Now my problems started when I re-compiled vpopmail to use mysql as its backend. Now any new accounts that are added (either via qmailadmin or command line) no longer authenticate in squirrelmail. In other words the old accounts that were added pre-recompile work just as they did before, but any new ones give an error "Unknown user or password incorrect." Anyone run into this before? Any help is appreciated!
