Problem Installing RPM's?
I'm kind of new working with RPM's However I'm trying to update glibc and this is what I am running and the error I am getting
[root@ns9 root]# rpm -Fvh glibc-2.2.4-31.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
glibc-common = 2.2.4-31 is needed by glibc-2.2.4-31
What does this mean? Also am I supposed to uninstall the old version of glibc before upgrading (if so how do I do that?) - thanks for any help you can offer!
