Virtual Servers on Solaris 8?
Hi,I'm starting up a small web hosting company, and want to run Virtual Private Servers (2 different customers who need separate virtual servers) A third VPS will contain other customers who don't need this functionality.
I was planning on doing this utilizing FreeBSD's jail() system call, but when shopping for hardware, I see the new Sun V100 for $999. (it's a nice box for the buck)
Does Solaris 8 have a way to do Virtual Private Servers without using chroot() ? I would like to avoid chroot() due to the recursivity flaw in that function.
Can you point me to a book, or website on how to set this up? All 29 pages of hits in Google aren't helping.
Thanks
