I am attempting to get modernbill installed on my server and everything looks good except with I try to connect to port 9443. If you go to okibilling.com or okibilling.com/order try to setup an account it tries to connect to okibilling.com:9443. I have opened port 9443 and checked my /include/config/config.locale.php several times with no luck.. any ideas? thanks
