Ok i am running MS IIS5 on DMZ1 and MS SQL2000 on DMZ2. I have opened sql tcp/upd ports from IIS5 ip address to ms sql2000 ip address but unfortunatley the 2 machines have no SQL connection. I don't why is this. Do i need to open some more tcp/udp ports that i am missing?
Actually i have an acces-list that permits tcp and udp trafic on port 1433 from MS Sql2000 ip address to IIS5 ip address and i have another access-list that permits tcp and upd trafic on port 1434 again from MS SQL2000 to IIS5.
