64.191.4.172 is my ded server at nocster (yes, I'm waiting for a clue from them). Looks like one of the other IPs is in Britain; the other in Gainesville, FL. So what's going on here? All day today it's either been weirdness like the above or no response at all (also tried Multiple Ping from http://www.tracert.com/--no success from anywhere).
