Hi, I have a few questions regarding Windows dedicated servers and managing one. I have worked with Linux for my whole career, so i have no idea where to start as far as win2k servers are concerned.My main question is basicly, how relative is using the win2k desktop platform to operating a win2k server platform ? i need to know if i am able to operate windows on a desktop level would that then make me able to operate a dedicated server on a win2k platform? Also, Could someone tell me of some control panels for win2k and perhaps throw in a figure so i'll some kind of idea as to what price range were talking.
