Slow Response Time From i-n-s-t-a-n-t-s-s-l Support

Hi,

Yesterday I bought an i-n-s-t-a-n-t-s-s-l cert, but subsequently decided I didn't want to use their services. At the time I hadn't completed their documentation stuff, and no certificate had been issued.

In a phone call to them I requested the order be cancelled and the service rep agreed to do so.

A few hours later on seeing that the money had not been credited back onto my credit card I sent the service rep an e-mail asking that he confirm that he had cancelled the order and issued a refund. No reply. Since then I have e-mailed their general support address twice, but again, no reply.

At this stage I have no cert, no confirmation of my cancellation, no refund, and I'm down $69.

Anyone got any suggestions how to get action out of these folks?
