Bandmin problem How to debug
I have a cp6 machine at fastservers
Whenever i try to access server ip /bandwidth/
after clicking on march i get
Total in 0.000001 0 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
Total out 0.000000 0 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000
Total all 0.000001 0 0.000062 0.000008 0.000000
It shows all usage as 0 and nor the list of sites it normally does.
When i am checking for previous months it has come fine but suddenly stopped after 8-10th of last month.
What can be the problem. I asked fastserver and they said it can be because new procedure for calculating bandwidth in cpanel , But the b/w shows fine in cp / whm and i do not think that is linked to bandmin in anyway.
They asked me to open a ticket at cpanel.net but those guys kinda never reply or get back
What could be the problem and how to resolve it.
