Secondary NS question

I need to have nameservers in different subnets so I need my secondary DNS to be hosted somewhere.

But I don't want to use something like ns1.everydns.net as secondary. I want to create secondary like ns2.mydomain.com but at some other subnet (free). Do you know any services that would let me create my DNS with them? Secondary NS question
