/etc/hosts configeration RedHat 7.1

Currently my /etc/hosts file contains all ip and alias that I have configured for that machine.

But it also contains the ip's and names for other servers on my network.

My question is should all pieces of equipment that we have be listed in /etc/hosts ie name servers, database servers, ect or only the machine that it is on?
