What is she doing wrong???

I just got a new hostee, and I gave her all the FTP information, but when she publishes it, it looks like this: http://funky-love.com/iron
And we don't know what she's doing wrong...
I thought it might be because her pages aren't .htm or .html, but she said that she uses Notepad, and they're supposed to be that way. Anyone have any idea?
