GeoTrust SSL with CPanel
I purchased a GeoTrust SSL from Rackshack (bad idea!) and have not been bale to get it on my CPanel server! CPanel says that it is installed successfully, it shows up in the httpd.conf, yet when trying to connect it just sits there:
https://secure.webxonline.com
Atjeu tells me that this has been known to happen and that I should contact CPanel and Rackshack as they are the parties involved... fair enough. GeoTrust says "you bought it through Rackshack, they need to provide the support to you, we can't"....ok.....Rackshack says "sorry we don't provide support for the SSL, no we won't give you a refund back, contact CPanel or your provider (atjeu)"...So I have an outstanding ticket at CPanel and the only response so far was from Dave and that was "Do you have any files there?".....drrr...yes, and index file which you can see if you go without the https.
Any suggestions?
