I have a problem with a hacker type that is playing games threatening my websites. When I check his ip address it shows him out of Amsterdam. I know he is in Tennessee. How is he doing this and can he be traced? I would block his ip, but since he is playing games with me I ma afraid he will just come back and do it with another IP! Please assist me with this. Can any of you tell me what I can do?
