WHM Transfer Function

I both transfered them in onto my new server via the WHM transfer function. Before they were working 100% ok. However now they have been transfered they both throw out database errors.
Is this because the paths hace changed, or have the databases not been moved over properly?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
