php file doesn't run in redhat8 with cpanel please help
i have normal PHP file (.php) but it's alway show this message when i try to view it

i have check permission of every file (644) but there are no problem with permission.
the above message also appear with all html file for this domain but for other account (other domain) html file can run with no problem (but PHP can't run)
the domain that can't run PHP and html file is used for server name (servername.domain.com)
and i wonder whether this setting is correct or not
in WHM "Show Active and Inactive Accounts"
i have this domain
Active Domains
servername.xxxx.com (this is server name and i'm not sure that does it need or not)
bbbbb.com (this domain can run html with no problem but can't run PHP file)
xxxx.com (can't run html and PHP file with above error messgae
could you please give me some suggestion how to solve this problem coz many day pass but no response form nocster at all
