There is a used computer for sale by the original owner and the software is on this original computer....word, access, power point, excel.
Installed and working.
But the company went out of business and the software discs disappeared from premises.
Is the original installed software still good for obtaining a backup copy if someone buys the whole computer ?
If the HD crashes then there is no way to re-install , or is there ?
It is the original installation so is there a way to register it or prove this now and thereby get a backup copy ?
