Couple of DNS questions.

I would like to transfer some sites from Ensim to Cpanel. Ensim runs ns1 and ns2, Cpanel runs dns1 and dns2. How could I get around to transfer them with no downtime, but those domain names still point to ns1 and ns2?

Does DNS forwarding help in such scenerio?
