Spammers - More clients keep spamming - what to do?
Nobody even comes to me to tell me that someone is spamming, they go directly to abuse@rackshack.net. and then I find out about my client who is spamming.
What can I do to prevent outgoing spam or stop it? These clients who spam are killing me. I would lose hundreds of clients if RS ever shut me down due to a future spam incident. I always fully comply with everything with RS and don't want to lose my account. They haven't threatened it, but I know 3 complaints is high and I need to stop this. Most of the software out there is for Incoming spam. My problem is clients who send spam thru my server.
Anyone have any ideas? Is there a program to limit users on how many emails they can send?
