disable mysql logs

my MySQL crashed last night. When I got home I had all these e-mails from site users and after I tried to reload a damaged db and got a out of space erro (error 28 I think).

All my space on the /usr/local partition was taken by apache and mysql logs. I am working on the apache ones but how do I disable the mysql ones (hopefully without having to re-install anything). For now I deleted them manually but I can't keep doing that...

Their names are like domain-bin.001 and so on and can get really huge.
