IP issues - questions...

I need help here for some stupid IP stuff which I'm still trying to figure out:

I rent a dedicated with 5 IPs, I login to my WHM (root) account with the main IP (say, xx.xxx.xxx.80).

Now I create a new acount: newaccount.com and assign it an IP: xx.xxx.xxx.81 and I assign it reseller priviliges. (so far, so good...)

Now, when that person creates new accounts from his WHM (xx.xxx.xxx.81:/2087/) if he dosen't assign it a spesific IP (from his delegated IPs or so) it will automaticly assign the new account the MAIN SHARED IP i.e. xx.xxx.xxx.80! now why wouldn't it assign these new shared IP accounts it's own "shared" IP xx.xxx.xxx.81?

My question really is: is there only one shared IP? or (logicly) every time I create a resellers account with a new IP shouldn't that become that resellers shared IP for al the acounts HE will create?

also another question: When I create a resellers account and I give it a domain name like: domain.com, this account does not show up in the clients WHM, AND he cannot create such an account because it exists already. How to go about this? (do I need to create, every time I make a new resellers/WHM, a "fake" domain name (just for the account name's sake) and later the client can create his own cpanel account?

One last thing I'm struggeling with is the NameServers-->IP issue.
my client wants his own NS, so I add that in the "edit resellers" window. now is teh ideal that he should add the approriate IP in his registrar? or that I should add it in WHM? and does it make a difference at all which IP he is using for this purpose, his or any other one on this server? it's kinda confusing and I'd appreciate some light shed on this issue.

I hope someone has the patience to explain this to me (and possibly other WHT members...)

Thanks
Shneur
