mail error

Hey all, I'm kinda new to the tech side of running a web hosting company, I'm just looking for a little help. I'm currently running WHM & Cpanel 7 Redhat 7.3 I'm having some problems with emails. Getting this error when trying to send mesg. to any email on the server.

<ceo@neowebhosting.com>
(reason: 552 Message size exceeds maximum permitted)

554 5.0.0 Service unavailable"

I've restarted the services for exim and imap and they are currently running fine,(at least so it may seem).

Any help would be greatly appreciated
