I have a Windows 2003 Standard Service and I tried enabling the internal Internet Control Firewall and allowing HTTP / HTTPS and the other commonly used ports open. But the HTTP access is really slow and once the firewall was enabled, I cannot access my https pages. They were working when the firewall was not enabled. It was bounded to port 443.
Is there a resolution for this ? Or am I doing something wrong or missing a step or two.

Updates : When I log in to the site locally on the server using https:// there is no problem accessing it but when I do it remotely, I just cannot access it.
