Cpanel & phpBB problem (WHM issue)

I have got WHM 7.4.2 cPanel 7.4.2-R116 the problem
is that when one of my users choose to install
phpBB from cpanel all files are created successfully,
but it`s not possible to view the dir ..

I only get a 404, and in error log it shows that file was
not excisting, even though i know it is there.

Anybody got a suggestion?
