Web on Linux / Mail on W2k3

Currently, I have currently two servers, one a Cpanel Redhat based system and another a Windows 2003 Standard server with Ensim Pro. I have Mail Enable Pro installed on the Windows server.

What I want to do is to make use of the Windows 2003 Mail Enable Pro as the Mail Server for a site hosted on the Linux server.

I tried pointing the MX record from Cpanel to the IP of the Windows Server and set up the account on the Windows Server. But somehow all mails just still reverts to the old one.

I posted from the windows server from another account and it got to the windows server box.

So I guess my problem is really the transfers from the Linux box to the Windows box. Is there anything I really need to set up apart from changing the MX IP ?
