very simple question:
how to you prevent execution of .cgi or .pl outside of users cgi-bin directory..
it must be fool-proof and not something that a user can change with .htaccess
a bit hard question:
what might be possible ways to enforce a open_base_dir type restriction using cgi-bin ?
perhaps something via httpd.conf or the perl itself ?
