Help with Webpage Form Processing

Hi

Hopefully somebody can help.

I would like to install a cgi script that emails data from a webpage form to an email that I specify.

I was going to use formmail, but it is banned from being used on my webhosts servers. Could anybody recommend a form processing cgi script that is

1) easy to use,
2) secure,
3) cheap to buy or free and
4) can handle multiple forms. The last request is not essential.

I know I am asking alot from the above list, but i am sure it exists out there and hopefully somebody will be kind enough to point me in the right direction, as I am going to pull my hair out.
