Tech/Security Questions.

I'm doing some consulting work for a friend. He has a few W2K webservers right now. I've convinced the owner of the company that Linux would be the best route overall, but we've got some questions.

1) How complicated is it to import MS-SQL databases to Linux's MySQL format?

2) Is there any way to setup ASP on FreeBSD (Like ChiliSoft on Cobalt RaQ's?

3) Would there be any conflicts with Webmin and MySQL?

4) Are there any resources around for importing SQL stuff?
