Client's Site Has Been Hacked!!
One of my clients just opened a ticket telling me that his site has been hacked!! I visited the site and found the hacker changed the main page and deleted the rest.
I immediately changed the account's password and sent it to the legitimate owner.
Now, I want to know how that just happened? Is it a simple password guess or what? Is there any thing I can do on the server to prevent this from happing again? Is it possible to trace the hacker? Lots of questions but I'm very angry and so is my client
