Email send to server from Yahoo account is delivered but gets error message returned

I have had tech working on this issue for days now but with no resolution. If the client sends an email from his Yahoo account to receipts@domain.com, the message gets delivered but he also get an error message returned to his Yahoo account. He were recently moved to his own cpanel server. He didn't experience the same problems when he were on another shared cpanel server. Here is the error message returned:

Reverse DNS has already been enabled for the server IP. He is set up namebased. Hope that someone here knows why this is happening.

Thanks
