UNITED COLO / SAGONET issue . HELP PLZ
i had a server from UC few months back. then i cancelled the server and moved to RS. when i cancelled i recieved an email from UC saying server is cancelled and payments from my CC as well but since then iam being charged for nothing. every month iam paying for server and last month they charged me twice. i sent so many emails and sent PM to a guy thru WHT as well but still i cant see any response from them.
can someone suggest me what should i do now ?
