ImageMagick and IMAP help

I have been stuck on two problems for quite some time. I have tried both sites of the product for more info/help, and just cant seem to get anywhere. I am running Windows 2000.

My first problem is with ImageMagick. I can not get it to run under IIS. I keep getting the "unable to fork" errors. I have found articles online about permissions,etc, and have tried them all. Still no luck. I am pretty sure it is something to do with not being able to run that program because of permissions. Anyone have any experience running ImageMagick under Windows?

My next problem is with SquirelMail/IMAP. I am running MailEnable Professional, with the IMAP support. The webmail for MailEnable has a lot to be desired in my opinion. I decided to get a version of squirrelmail for the webmail access part. Squirrelmail has been setup and configured properly, but for some reason can not access the IMAP server. Anyone have any experience getting them to work together?

I appreciate any help or tips that you may throw this way. If you are intersted, I may be able to work out a deal if you want to just finish the project for me.
