Horde Mail Error Please Help

Hello, whenever I try to access horde mail I get this error:

Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/horde.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/:.') in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 588

I tried accessing it with squirrel mail and neomail and both of them work. Any help is appreciated , Thanks Horde Mail Error Please Help
