WindowsXP boot record

I have a XP installation with a messed up boot record (after installation of Linux)

Now I would like to restore it (the boot sector/boot record) to be the same as my XP backup drive (which I am loggin on) but I don't know how I can copy the boot record from this drive to the bad drive. WindowsXP boot record
