I have a Red Hat Linux 9 server with webmin and it seems to be going very slow. It is not running any big scripts, people are only downloading files. However the server load goes up to about 50 in one day. Any idea how I can make this run faster? It has Processor: Intel Celeron 1.7GHz. Memory: 512MB ECC SDRAM.
