Urgent email problem

It seems like I'm not getting any email on my server (let alone send) for many accounts on the server, this started a few hours ago with no real reason I know of.

When I check exim_mainlog I see the main error coming over and over is:

2003-10-08 19:40:19 H=(xx.xx.xx.xx) [xx.xx.xx.xx] F=<xxx@eart*****.com> rejected RCPT <xxxx@xxx.com>: (xx.xx.xxx.xx.) [xxx.xx.xxx.xx] is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.
and:

2003-10-08 19:40:19 unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP command from pcp03303802pcs.ypwest01.mi.comcast.net [68.43.246.180]
or

2003-10-08 19:40:18 H=(ntfaxsrv01) [xx.xx.xx.xx] sender verify defer for <fax1@misrfax.com>: lowest numbered MX record points to local host
2003-10-08 19:40:18 H=(ntfaxsrv01) [xx.xx.xx.xx] F=<fax1@misrfax.com> temporarily rejected RCPT <kleofyihgb@itnets.com>: Could not complete sender verify
