Migrating DNS without downtime
Good evening,
We have just made the jump from Ensim 3.1.x to CPanel and are having some difficulties in accomplishing one thing.
We currently have our name servers as such...
ns.mydomain.com = 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
ns2.mydomain.com = 1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
However, we have moved to a different provider and I want to utilize the following....
ns.mydomain.com = 2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
ns2.mydomain.com = 2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx
However, CPanel keeps complaining about existing records.
I have tried the Tweak setting when I searched the forums, but I still have the same problem.
Essentially, I want a seamless migration from my old server to my new one. We want our customers to experience 0 downtime with the move and we don't want them to have to update anything.
Your help would be appreciated.
