Net Access Corporation (NAC)

I am extremely new to this hosting/reselling, around 16 months + at it.

One of the things I noticed are servers located at NAC in New Jersey experience quite a bit of problems relative to other servers at other data centers.

I have been following servers I know are at this center and they go down almost on a timely basis. I have/had reseller accounts with 2 different companies, both now at NAC New Jersey. Both have/had problems... I follow a server from a 3rd Hosting company also at NAC NJ, and they too have the same problems at the same time...

My question: is NAC NJ notorious for these problems, or are the problems common at most Data Centers
