Nameserver Error.
I've been having this trouble for a while now.
It's on and off.
I did a check at dnsreport.com, and this is what I get.
A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding.

The server can be reached via the IP, but not the domain.
Also, all accounts that are created on the server (even IP based accounts) can not be reached.
