Language configurable spam filter??

- 362 spam
- 894 regular mail
Now, of the spam emails I've recieved 100% are in english, and of the regular mails, 882 are in spanish and 12 in english (9 of those from the same address).
Does a spam filter exist that would allow me to simply mark all english-language emails as spam and also allow me to set up a white-list for the few english-language emails that I actually want to recieve?
Since all the spam I recieve is in english, this would totally eliminate my spam problem (and maybe some other people too), which would be really great.
