files deleted automitacally

i wonder if somebody faced a problem similar to mine..
all the files with .inc extensions or sometimes.. some asp files..
get deleted from my websites hosted on windwos 2000 server..

the server is patched with all the updates... and i even had is scanned with the avilable tools.. scanned for viruses and worms..

any idea...

there is no specific time this happens.. but it surely happens... twice in a month..

would really appericate if somebody has some suggestions.. as well.. a solution.. :-)
