Extreme Networks Summit 48s question

Do any of you try to do port capping using the Qos profiles in a Summit switch? We've setup the QOS profiles and assigned them to the ports but they don't seem to cap the flow.

At one point it was working but the admin who had it setup has left and we can't seem to figure it out. Any tips or tricks on how to get this working?
