another WS_FTP problem..can even upload

I have WS_FTP pro and for some reason when I try and upload a file I get the error: "550 angryfire.gif: Permission denied"


I can upload to the /home directory but if I go into any directory in public_html is won't allow upload.

I have other sites that work fine on this server. All my accounts are setup exactly the same. I checked all the ftp permissions and I don't see anything wrong.

What could be the prob?
