time synch

Can anyone point me to a good resource on how to setup your linux servers to synch their clocks?

A few of my machines have siginificant clock drift, and it helps to keep them on time to see when certain events happened, etc.

Just not sure how to go about it , configure, or what exactly I need. Thanks!
