Nameserver & IP Problem
I have a question.
Well I have a sever and once in a while....Sometimes every 3-4 weeks, but sometimes once every 3-4 days, the following occurs.
This if from DNS Report.com
NS
FAIL
NS
A timeout occurred getting the NS records from your nameservers! None of your nameservers responded fast enough. They are probably down or unreachable. I can't continue since your nameservers aren't responding.
The primary nameserver IP address is 216.10.27.172 and when I type that into my browser, it doesn't resolve to anywhere!
What can I do to resolve this problem?

Oh yeah, it's RH 9.0, Cpanel/WHM.
